For deliveries:
 

• Deliveries will be made curbside only, Monday through Saturday.

• Please include a note at checkout with your preferred delivery timeframe

• ​You will receive a confirmation email with your delivery date.

• You will be contacted before our driver arrives in order to pick up your order.

• All of our items are perishable, please assure that somebody will be home to receive it.

For pickup:
 

• Please include a note at checkout with the time and date you will be picking up.

• Please allow a minimum 24hr. notice for our warehouse to prepare your order.

• For orders placed before 6pm, it will be ready the following day for pickup.

• Provide the order number to the receptionist upon arrival.​​

Please note that we cannot accept any returns. Our customer service team is very knowledgeable.

Please note that if an order is placed for an area that we do not service, you will be refunded
within 2-3 business days.
